As usual, went for physical traning at kg.pandan in the morning today.
Ran 30 minutes non-stop on the track.
Started heavy foot works by then. I couldn't take it easy.
I kept stop when i was doing foot work.
Couldn't lift my legs high when i was doing high-knee jump.
Couldn't bend my legs to the max.
Damn tired both of my legs like one more step to the heaven.
luckily we ended our training very early due to Smk dato lokman's sports day was going on.
thank god!
however i could go back home early still i had to do my "gunung kota kinabalu" houseworks.
If i were not to do it today, it might not merely Gunung K.K. It might be Mount Everest.(go check out wikipedia or google if you dont know what it is)
phewwww..i did all my houseworks in 3 hours. -.-"""""""""""

In sudden, i got Cramp in my left leg! =(
muscular contraction causing pain!
I was alone at home during the time. painfulness made me roll on the floor and dont know what i could do, helpless. no one get me some medicine put on it or help me to cure my painfulness.
luckily it was merely appeared within few minutes.

seriously i was like the picture above, more than that.

In addition, some people were to ask me why i have to train this hard.
answer is I wanna train hard for advance level to be skillful and better than last time although i found the difficulty to attend training.

OMG..I got tons of homework in school because absent from school for only 3 days?!
anyone volunteer to help me finish my work? aikkss..
I would like to share about badminton junior circuit 2009 at malacca which i had mentioned it earlier.
First about hotel, Hotel Bamboo.
yeaa..it called Hotel Bamboo. The hotel is TERRIBLE!
Once we get into our room, it has awful smell! until we get some fresher spray to cover the SMELL!
Second comes to badminton hall, Dewan Gan Hong Hoe.
The floor was not slippery but the indoor condition was very poor!
the temperature is like 30 degree celcius! you can bring some eggs to cook at there.=.=
Third goes to allowance.
Wooohooo! i got allowance for 5 days competition there.
but quite little to me..100 bucks..
not only paying for our own meal, but also paying for all expenses on our own and everything excluded rental for room.
Well, i was more like complaining than sharing about hapiness. xD
Overall it was quite fun because it was my very first time for competition at farther destination.
I miss those gilerrr moments that we spent there, like pulling others people pants, Supporting our team so semangat like kampung boy, disturbing while people sleeping in the bus, and so much more!
Last but not least,
I found a piece of special thingy which flash back my memory.

I think everyone would agree that the day must be memorable and unforgetable.

My valentines day is priceless.
Having lunch with ahem.
Well, table of 4. Including php & charlene.
actually we wanted to order alchohol drink but we are still ILLEGAL to order and drink. ISHH!
After ordered our meals and beverages, me n ahem decided to open up present .
both of them were so curious whats reaction would show on our face when we opened it.
LOL~ okay..i was so exited because i slowly tear those cellophane tapes.
Alas, i could see whats inside.
i would say that.. Thanks babe!
I personally feel that happiness and joyful not only by giving gifts or presents,
also I once thought I had a kind of regard from ahem.
An act of directing the eyes on one another with thoughtful attention.
Somehow is hardly to put into words.
after opened our present, meals were served very quickly.
Looked quite satisfied with our dishes.
someone sort of unlike the steak. O.O
Filled up our stomach by then.
Its time for taking out some notes and pay for it.
after this,
we challanged with the couple of the fastest for drinking our drinks after we refilled our drinks.
It was fun okay..
Next, we bounced to Mont Blanc for fixing the size.
awwww..have to wait for 1-2 weeks!
okay..something had happened after that.
i wouldn't say it out here. it would be sad case and might be chopped head by somebody.
I hope got good news from them.
Overall was amazing! although we sort of rushing time, still we enjoyed the day !

first of all! Cny was ended yesterday! sob sob* no more angpaus..
and what we usually call it for the last day of Cny, "chap goh meh".
comes to my title now.
Suprise. what is suprise actually? what does it mean?
well, when these questions come to me, i lack of understanding for the meaning of Suprise.
Until the day. I just understand what Suprise is.
when someone got a gift for all of sudden or unexpected something to happen, that is a Suprise.

Surprise is expressed in the face by the following features:

• Eyebrows that are raised so they become curved and high.
• Stretched skin below the eyebrows.
• Horizontal wrinkles across the forehead.
• Open eyelids: the upper lid is raised and the lower lid is drawn down, often exposing the white sclera above and below the iris.
• Dropped jaw so that the lips and teeth are parted, with no tension around the mouth.

i think this is more to Shock!

This year competition draw was not that good..
unfortunately, i met my buddy very early in Quater finals.
alas, still i lost, a quater finalist.
She got champion for ladies singles under 18 this year.
well, i was not that upset.
she is a top seed among ladies player in Klba.
Of course, i learned alot from her during the match.
Every moves she made, is giving me lessons.
her moves faster than me alot, her skills are pretty good.
in other words, according to her so many years' playing experiences, are enough to be a winner.
although i lost in quater finals, i got selected for Inter zone which is on 24th this month.
i involved in ladies singles and doubles under 18. i will try my best in it.
i hope these coming tournaments will not affect my studies in school as well. =)

I got physical training at Tmn tasik permasuri today.
but not under Klba training.
Is under school athletics club.
I joined them for fun and ran up the hills and down to the land.
enjoyed the day.
i think i was the first one who reached there.
I reached the place around 8 am.
went to the playground and play around.
Lol..flash back my childhood.
